YOUTH EMPOWERED USA

Louder than the Negativity...These four words are more than a motto for Youth Empowered USA. They serve as a challenge to young people to recognize that the voices of encouragement, confidence, character, and hope can be stronger than the negativity they encounter every day. Young people are constantly surrounded by messages telling them who they should be, what they cannot accomplish, or why they are not good enough. We believe those messages should never be allowed to define their future. 
 
Through education, athletics, media, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities, Youth Empowered USA works to give young people something louder: a sense of belonging, a belief in themselves, the courage to lead, and the confidence to use their own voice. Being “louder” does not simply mean making more noise. It means allowing integrity to speak louder than peer pressure, perseverance louder than failure, kindness louder than criticism, and purpose louder than doubt.  
 
Ultimately, “Louder Than The Negativity” represents the culture that we strive to create. It is our commitment to surround young people with positive influences while empowering them to become positive influences themselves—in the classroom, on the field, behind the camera, in their communities, and wherever their future takes them.
